We believe in transparent data practices. Your priority queues and message payloads are securely handled and never shared with third parties.
When you use BlinkQ, we collect information necessary to provide and secure our services. This includes account details, API usage metrics, and the contents of your message queues (which are automatically purged according to your set TTLs).
We do not store your messages longer than necessary. Redis keys are automatically expired via TTL. Once processed or expired, message payloads are permanently deleted from our fast-cache infrastructure. Dead-letter queue messages are retained for manual inspection for a maximum of 7 days before being purged.
