By accessing or using BlinkQ, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before integrating our message broker into your applications.
BlinkQ provides rate-limited, priority-based messaging via Redis and our REST APIs. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these rate limitations. Aggressive polling beyond configured limits may result in temporary API key suspension.
You are responsible for the payloads you transmit through BlinkQ. You agree not to use our queues to distribute malicious code, illegal content, or to facilitate any unauthorized activities. BlinkQ is an infrastructure layer and does not monitor payload content, but we reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these principles.
While we strive for 99.99% uptime, BlinkQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We utilize hybrid push/poll strategies and dead-letter queues to maximize fault tolerance, but we are not liable for incidental losses due to message drops or service unavailability.
